01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and btk11 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at btk11.io and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, and payment services.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the btk11 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the btk11 platform regardless of the device, browser, or application used to access the service.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the btk11 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and btk11.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The btk11 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. btk11 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The btk11 platform is operated for and directed toward players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited for you personally. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of btk11 complies with the laws applicable to you in your location.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering a btk11 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active btk11 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, btk11 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any bonus balances held within those accounts.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your btk11 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. btk11 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and financial integrity, btk11 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may involve submitting a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. btk11 may suspend withdrawal functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. btk11 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from the available balance, after providing reasonable prior notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after inactivity may be closed.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your btk11 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method following the completion of any outstanding withdrawal checks. btk11 may also close accounts for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with KYC requirements.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

btk11 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be available from time to time at btk11's discretion. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits may apply per payment method and per time period.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to KYC status and account tier.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by btk11 within the timeframes stated in the platform's payment information section, subject to the completion of any applicable verification checks. btk11 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending KYC verification, or an open dispute investigation.

4.4 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit funds that belong to you personally. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment methods that are not registered in your own name, is strictly prohibited. btk11 reserves the right to request evidence of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal.

05 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on btk11 are subject to acceptance by the platform. btk11 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. A bet is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation reference number from the platform.

5.2 Odds & Pricing

Odds offered on the btk11 sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. In the event of a palpable error in odds (i.e., an obviously incorrect price), btk11 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to your account.

5.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) bets are subject to the same acceptance rules as pre-match bets. Network delays between the live event and the platform interface may occur. btk11 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event or market has been determined, even if that determination was not yet reflected in the platform interface at the time of placement.

5.4 Void Bets & Abandoned Events

If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without being rescheduled within a specified period (typically 48 hours for cricket and football), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. 5.5 Maximum Payout

btk11 applies maximum payout limits per event and per bet type. These limits are set by the platform and may vary by sport, market, and event. Details of applicable maximum payouts are available in the platform's betting rules section. btk11 will not pay out amounts in excess of the stated maximum, regardless of the odds at which a bet was placed.

06 Casino Games

6.1 Game Providers & Fairness

Casino games available on btk11 are supplied by certified third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All RNG (Random Number Generator) games are subject to independent certification for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment operated in professionally monitored studios.

6.2 Game Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a casino game session, btk11 will resolve the situation in accordance with the relevant game provider's malfunction policy. In general, malfunction voids all pays and plays. btk11 will not be liable for losses caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Return to Player (RTP)

The theoretical Return to Player percentage for each game is determined by the supplying game provider and is available within each game's information panel. RTP percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual session or player.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by btk11 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and promotional credits must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. btk11 reserves the right to void any winnings generated from bonus funds that have not met the stated wagering requirement.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

btk11 monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming promotions from multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine betting intent, and exploiting promotional offers in ways not intended by the platform. Where bonus abuse is identified, btk11 reserves the right to void associated bonuses and winnings and to close the relevant account.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion's terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without further notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btk11 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit odds, game mechanics, or promotional structures for unfair gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other players or third parties.
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Sharing account access with another person, including allowing a third party to deposit, bet, or withdraw on your behalf.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the btk11 platform's software or intellectual property.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment betting and gaming.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the btk11 platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the btk11 platform without express prior written consent from btk11.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btk11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

btk11's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit btk11's liability for death or personal injury caused by btk11's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The btk11 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. btk11 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform, the accuracy of information displayed, or the uninterrupted availability of the service.

12 Amendments to These Terms

btk11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, btk11 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the btk11 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4 of these Terms.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between you and btk11 through direct communication shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact btk11 customer support in good faith and allow a reasonable period of time — no less than 30 days from the date the dispute is first raised in writing — for btk11 to investigate and respond to your complaint.

btk11 operates a formal complaints procedure. All complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, the date it occurred, and any relevant account information. btk11 will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 3 business days and aim to resolve them within 28 business days.
